Pricing Mechanism
Wyz Solutions offers different solutions and each solution has its own pricing mechanism
Fleet Management System (FMS)
Module Subscription Fees:
Each module has a monthly subscription rate.
The monthly subscription rate is based on the number of modules purchased and the number of users for each module.
The module subscription includes new roll-outs and feature updates.
Special discounts apply for clients subscribing to more than one module.
Usage Fees:
In addition to the module subscription fees, the client is charged on monthly basis for data usage and database hosting on the cloud.
Usage Fees are charged directly by the hosting provider (Google)
Consulting Fees (Optional):
Our team at Wyz Solutions can assist clients in setting up all procedures and workflows prior to implementation.
Pricing is based on the amount of man-days needed to complete the Consultation.
Implementation Fees:
Implementation fees is related to the cost associated with setting up the database on the cloud and the man-days required to configure and upload the master data on modules purchased by the client.
Special discounts are available to clients purchasing more than one module.
API Fees (where applicable):
Wyz Solutions can assist clients with the need to connect purchased modules to their existing software platform through an Application Programming Interface (API)
Our developers will assess the possibility of creating these APIs and provide a timeframe for the development of the API interface.
Pricing is based on the needed Man-days needed to develop the API(s).
Technical Support Fees:
Technical support is FREE for any bugs
Our clients are offered free tickets for a duration of 3 months after purchasing the modules. The technical support covers the following issues:
Reversing a transaction made by error
Correcting a field value after the data has been posted
Creating a new workflow
Bulk Uploading of data after the implementation
Once the client consumes his free tickets, each ticket afterwards will be charge at a rate of USD 1 per ticket (for tasks outlined above).
Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
Module Subscription Fees:
It doesn't matter how small or large the organization is, all employees have free access to the HRMS
The monthly subscription rate is applied to the HR team in charge of managing the day to day activities on the HRMS.
Pricing is based on the role of the HR Employee (Data Entry, HR Manager, HR Director, System Admin, etc...)
Usage Fees:
In addition to the module subscription fees, the client is charged on monthly basis for hosting the data on a virtual machine in the cloud.
The value of the hosting fees is fixed
Implementation Fees:
The Implementation fees is related to the amount of time need to implement the selected modules from within the HRMS.
The implementation can be done in phases
API Fees (where applicable):
Wyz Solutions can assist clients with the need to connect the HRMS to their existing software platform through an Application Programming Interface (API)
Our developers will assess the possibility of creating these APIs and provide a timeframe for the development of the API interface.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Module Subscription Fees:
Odoo currently has a flat rate pricing per user. More information can be found on their pricing page.
Special discounts can apply for clients subscribing for more than one year.
Usage Fees:
If the modules in Odoo are to be used as is without any special customizations or APIs, then the hosting fees are already covered within the user subscription fees.
In case the implementation requires special customizations then Odoo.sh must be used and in that case hosting will be required. Odoo.sh hosting can be provided through Odoo or through private hosting (AWS, Google, Azure, etc..)
Consulting Fees (Optional):
Our team at Wyz Solutions can assist clients in setting up all procedures and workflows prior to implementation.
Pricing is based on the amount of man-days needed to complete the Consultation.
Consultation must take place before the implementation
Implementation Fees:
Implementation fees are directly related to the number of Odoo Modules and the number of Apps within each module the client needs to use.
It is also affected by any special customizations that will need to be made within Odoo
Special discounts are available to clients purchasing more than one module.
API Fees (where applicable):

Data Analytics
Data Analytics Tool:
We currently work with Looker Studio which is a free Data Analytics Solution that can connect to various data sources
If the connection type is not available by Looker, a third party connector can be used against a subscription fee.
Reports:
The number and complexity of the reports will dictate the fees needed to develop them
A support fee can be paid for report updates or creation of new reports
