Purchasing

Main Purpose:

Specific Features:

Create, View and Manage Purchase Requests (PRs)
Create, View and Manage Purchase Orders (POs)
Create, View and Managed Delivery Notes
Define VAT, discounts and With holding Tax per line in the PO
A macro can be created to mass upload POs to the customer's ERP if needed
If integrated with other modules:
1. users in other modules are allowed to create PRs
2. Delivery Notes automatically appear in the Inventory Module
3. Rejected Items from the Inventory Module automatically reverse the Delivery Note and show that the PR item is still "Pending"

2. Request items from the Warehouse
3. Asset Counter Readings from the Operations Module automatically trigger Preventive Maintenance Notifications.

Create, View and Manage Work Orders
Manage cost elements per Project
Define different types of Assets, Commodities, Destinations
Link GPS data to Projects and Routes
Create, View and Manage Maintenance Requests
If integrated with other modules:
1. Receive feedback from the Maintenance Department as to when the asset will be repaired
2. Request items from the Warehouse
