Main Purpose:
Streamline procurement processes.
Create, manage, and track purchase orders.
Optimize supplier interactions.
Specific Features:
Create, View and Manage Purchase Requests (PRs)
Create, View and Manage Purchase Orders (POs)
Create, View and Managed Delivery Notes
Define VAT, discounts and With holding Tax per line in the PO
A macro can be created to mass upload POs to the customer's ERP if needed
If integrated with other modules:
users in other modules are allowed to create PRs
Delivery Notes automatically appear in the Inventory Module
Rejected Items from the Inventory Module automatically reverse the Delivery Note and show that the PR item is still "Pending"
Inventory & Warehousing
Main Purpose:
Efficiently manage inventory levels.
Monitor stock movements.
Enhance warehouse operations.
Specific Features:
Create, View and Manage Purchase Requests (PRs)
Create, View and Manage Purchase Orders (POs)
Create, View and Managed Delivery Notes
Define VAT, discounts and With holding Tax per line in the PO

Receive notifications from the Operations Module that the Asset needs repair
Request items from the Warehouse
Asset Counter Readings from the Operations Module automatically trigger Preventive Maintenance Notifications.

Ensure fleet efficiency.

Create, View and Manage Projects
Create, View and Manage Locations and Routes

Manage cost elements per Project

Link GPS data to Projects and Routes

Receive feedback from the Maintenance Department as to when the asset will be repaired
